No matter the subtractions made by the organization, the total rewards strategy must support the culture, be meaningful to employees, and have a business impact. Employees today care about more than just compensation.
Select a company in the Middle East and provide a link to the companys official website. Then, include any of the following six items related to the organization you have chosen:
- Company name, history, number of employees, locations (national or international) leadership positions and human resource department structure
- List and explain the components of the companys compensation plan.
- How does the company address work-life balance?
- How does the company develop its talent?
- How does the company address the preferences that might differ from one generation of employees to the next?
