Hello,

Great job on your EDA! I feel comfortable with you and Johnny (CEO) presenting these results to our investors and VCs. If the investors and VCs are convinced, then Listings123 can start plans for the nationwide marketing campaign.

Prepare a slide deck that includes at least three traits (qualities and actions) along with the relevant data-based evidence that you found make a successful host for Listings123. Just a heads up, around 3/4 of the stakeholders attending the presentation do not have a technical or analytics background so make sure to accommodate your presentation accordingly. However, don’t exclude the other 1/4 of the audience that have technical expertise. In addition to presenting the insights from your analysis, remind the stakeholders of the company’s next steps: the nationwide marketing campaign.

I would highly recommend you reference the “Frame a Business Problem” deck you created in the first part of this project, and your spreadsheet where you have your exploratory data analysis work. You will be pulling information directly from those two resources to create your slide deck. I have also attached the deck from the original case study to remind you of what the investors and VCs are looking for, in case you want to reference that as well.

You will complete the slide deck using your work from previous parts of the project. There is a template provided to help you get started, but feel free to customize it according to the presentation best practices.

For each of your three host traits, you need a supporting visualization and statistical explanation in your slide deck presentation.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Complete the slide deck that you will present to VCs and investors. In the project window, you will find a template to help you get started. Feel free to customize it to what you feel is appropriate. You may add slides to the template.

Use information provided in the case study and the visualizations, statistical inferences, and insights you gathered from your exploratory data analysis to complete the slide deck.

As you work, keep the following questions in mind:

Which stakeholders are you presenting to? 

Do the stakeholders know what you did to get to these results?

Do your stakeholders have the required domain knowledge to follow your reasoning?

Are you addressing your stakeholders’ needs and questions?

Did you address the next steps?
