Select  one of the following frames presented in Module 5 and Module 6: the human resource, political, or symbolic frame.  From the perspective of an organizational leader, discuss the power and usefulness of the frame in navigating an organization. Why, when, and how would you as a leader use the frame? What are the distinctive strengths and limitations of the frame?
