Effects of Stress
Stress is considered a common problem based on the vast majority of people
experiencing stress in one way or another. Different scholars have provided different
descriptions of stress, with the main illustration being the internal state caused by different
factors, including a social situation, and consequently being evaluated as harmful to one’s
state of mind. Stress is generally generated by conditions that tend to be impossible to meet,
hence resulting in a breakdown of the individual at a particular level. Although stress is
mostly perceived as a negative term, it is important to understand that it can be perceived
positively as well. That takes place when it provides one with an opportunity of gaining
something.
One of the most significant parts that fascinates me about this topic is that everyone
experiences stress in one way or another. Stress can have both mental and physical effects.
Additionally, stress has the potential of causing eating disorders, insomnia, lower resistance
to illness, and etc. Some of the key ways to reduce stress include understanding its proper
management and using stress as a motivation factor.
The main purpose of a paper on stress is to understand some of the most significant
reasons why one needs to manage their stress. A key way to help keep stress healthy is
through its management. Although stress management includes putting in a good amount of
time and effort, it is also important to understand that its rewards are great. Therefore, some
of the key ideas that might be accomplished by exploring this problem are making people
aware of stress management’s importance and far-reaching benefits. The intended goal is to
evoke change among the general community (Bhargava & Trivedi, 2018). Some of such
changes in the community are experiencing fewer headaches which tend to be less severe and
frequent once an individual understands how they can effectively manage their stress.Additionally, people should expect to experience better sleep after effectively managing their
stress, since they will have the ability to clear their heads during the day. Although stress does
not have an effect on the joints directly, its proper management can make one feel more
relaxed, making the goal even more realistic.
The problem statement that will be used in this topic is that stress is the cause of the
majority of both mind and body diseases and disorders. The target population that would
benefit from a solution to this problem is everyone because it is a common factor that
everyone encounters. Especially after the COVID-19 pandemic, We need to act right now to
help those who need it, and to prevent a much more serious and widespread mental health
crisis (2020).References
