Vision is a strategic tool. When you have clear vision, you see what is around you. You can more clearly see where you are going. Good vision brings great enjoyment to life. It helps you avoid danger. You can more easily locate life’s most rewarding components. Part of having good vision is knowing what to look for and knowing where to find it.

Here is a question that might help you clarify your life vision:

In the best of all worlds, what can I envision myself becoming or accomplishing in six months? What do I hope to accomplish in a year? How about five years? What will I have accomplished even twenty-five years from now? What do these goals reflect about who you are?

Or, as time continues, for what traits and attitudes would you like to be known?  Another way to consider it is “What would you like written on your tombstone?”
