Express Employment Professionals
1.) What type of and how much pre-employment testing do they require?
It doesn’t say exactly what type of employment testing is required. However, Specialized training in employment law, compensation, employee relations, safety, training and preventive labor relations is preferred. Along with having a minimum bachelors degree and have three to five plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
2.) Are an application, résumé, cover letter and/or work sample required?
After reading through the careers description, requirements, and experience needed there seems to be no mention of a resume, cover letter, or work sample, However, from what is mentioned such as being proficient in Office 365, three to five plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions, and having strong written and verbal communication skills it would seem some sort of resume or work sample is required.
3.) Who conducts the interview(s) and what type of process can the applicant expect?
Does not mention who conducts the interview. The type of process an applicant can expect background checks, employee eligibility verifications, drug tests, along with agreeing to have random drug tests done.
4.) What types of interviews are administered?
After reading through the job requirements and description it is not mentioned what type of interview is administered. I would assume it’s a traditional face to face or possibly over zoom.
5.) Who makes the final decision to hire a new employee?
The hiring manager is the one who make the decision if the person applying for the position gets hired or not.
6.) How long is the hiring process?
The hiring process can take anywhere from 23 days. However, it can take a little longer than that.
